We all know the  sound barriers along the
Hume bypass are an aesthetic and engineering disaster.
The whole thing is an  indication of Albury City Councils
complete lack of ability to get a right outcome for Albury
residents. In other places councils have have
insisted on better designed barriers and a proven
capacity to reduce noise to the local residents.
This is what ACRM is about; addressing such
concerns for the long  term future.
Not short term solutions to long term problems.
